Terms & Disclaimer
Last updated: October 9, 2026. GarageMath provides automotive calculators, examples and reference material for informational and planning use.
Estimates, not guarantees
Calculator outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions shown on each page. Real vehicles, components and operating conditions can differ from nominal values. Fitment, fuel-system, engine and performance results should not be treated as guarantees.
Verify critical measurements
Before purchasing parts or modifying a vehicle, verify critical dimensions, ratings, clearances and manufacturer specifications. Physical measurements and manufacturer data should take priority where tolerances are tight or safety is involved.
Performance use
Performance estimators are rough planning tools. They do not establish safe public-road speeds or guarantee track results. Performance testing should be conducted legally in a controlled environment.
Professional services
GarageMath does not replace a qualified mechanic, engineer, tuner, wheel or tire specialist, inspection, alignment, dyno session or manufacturer guidance. Some decisions require expertise or measurements the website cannot provide.
Third-party information and links
GarageMath may link to manufacturer, government or other third-party resources for reference. Those sites control their own content, availability and privacy practices. Product-specific specifications can change, so verify current data with the source before relying on it.
Diagnostic references
No OBD2 lookup is currently provided. Any future diagnostic reference will identify scope and limitations separately. A trouble-code definition does not establish a diagnosis or a replacement part.
No warranty
GarageMath is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to explain and test the calculations, but we do not warrant that every estimate will match a particular component, vehicle or operating condition.
